Salary - £23,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience
Linking Talent are working in partnership with an incredibly successful Management Consultancy based in central Leeds. Due to increased demand for their services, they are looking to add to their Research team. The company work with high profile businesses across a range of sectors and as such you will be given a great deal of exposure enabling you to advance your skillset.
The ideal candidate will have experience within Research specifically within the Talent and Engagement field. The Research team provide clients with market intelligence in order for them to make more informed decisions. This could relate to their Employee Engagement, Employee branding, salary and benefits benchmarks. The client may find challenges in their current hiring strategy, and you will form part of the solution by researching the reasons which may be creating these obstacles.
You will have a naturally inquiring mind, working with the client and your team to identify the key areas for analysis and collating a comprehensive report. The ideal candidate will have recruitment and/or research experience, you may come from a HR background looking to take your experience into a consultative role. The client is happy to consider individuals who are graduate calibre looking to take that first step in their career.
