I speak to recruiters and recruitment businesses everyday, and I can provide you with valuable intel to support your recruitment strategy. This can range from discussing your interview process, salary and rewards, to perception of your brand in the market. Working together will ensure we approach the market with the best offering to attract the very best talent.
I am a huge advocate of utilising additional assessment tools which are particularly important when hiring at a trainee/Graduate level. This could be a stand-alone role play or full assessment event. I have designed and implemented bespoke assessments on behalf of hiring managers to identify skills and attributes which may not present themselves in a standard interview format. I am happy to work with you to discuss this in more detail and design a format that works for the specific recruitment role you are hiring.
