I started my career in a boutique recruitment agency before joining a global organisation and progressing to a senior management role. It was here that I built a team that became the top performing branch within the division.
I’ve built perm and temp desks within a specialist boutique, an international corporate and a start-up. In my last role I was the Talent Acquisition Manager for a national recruitment business, over-seeing the strategy and directing the recruitment within an organisation driving aggressive growth plans. Each business has presented different opportunities and having had exposure to recruitment businesses of all sizes, across multiple sectors, I believe this gives me a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment sector.
